Use ratings/rankings at your own risk. Not too relevant IMO.
Knowing why you're looking for the information is important.
There are ton of sources from your own broker, morningstar, yahoo, google, etf co's directly(my choice). And there's also CMF to get some good info once you have an idea of what you might want.
Which ETF's you choose is not nearly as important as getting your asset allocation right according to your own circumstances and risk tolerance (which you should not overestimate).
