Simple way to file taxes for inc. company thats in hibernation?

I have a company that makes no money and spends no money. I need to do my taxes and planned on sending it to an accountant but a friend of mine said I should do it myself, he said there is just once single form I need to fill out, anyone hear of this before?

Did you get a gst number? If so, you also have to file that.

As for the single form, did he tell you how long the form was?

I'd spend the $200 or less and have the accountant do it right. I wound up with losses when I did it that I could carry forward, not to mention the accounting fees could be written off in the future...
    I'm not JustAGuy (without spaces).

The form is a T2 Short Return. You can use it if you don't have any income or a loss.

I just completed my bookkeeping, financial statements, GST return, and T2 (+ AT1 and all necessary schedules) form all by myself. I did chat briefly with an accountant, but she said I was on the right track so I didn't need her services in the end. Depending on how much time you have, you may not need to use an accountant. Saved me at least $1000.
