whats the symbol for nasdaq 100

I wanted to get historical prices for nasdaq 100 but if I use the symbol NDX it only goes back to Sept 2010 on Yahoo finance.

The qqq goes back to 1994 on yahoo

The nasdaq 100 I thought was started before 1994 & I cant remember the symbol I used to get hystorical prices. qqqq will not work either since it got changed to qqq

Thanks for anyone that took the time to read the post.
I have spent a few hours each day trying to find historical prices for nasdaq 100 & it is so frustrating when I can find historical prices for almost everything but cant find the historical prices for a major index.
