What do you think about Relative Strength Index (RSI)? I am new to technical analysis and was looking for a good buy indicator for broad market ETFs. What are the strengths/weaknesses of RSI? Time period to use? I am applying RSI and trailing PE to VWO and it seems to be a strong buy at this time.
