Looking to add asset classes

Hi,

I've built up my self directed RRSP account using a mix of ETFs and TD e-series funds. I'm 30 years old and have the following allocation:
- 20% Canadian bonds
- 30% Canadian Equities
- 25% US Equities
- 25% International Equities
I was using the e-series funds to invest monthly, but am thinking of moving away from this and saving up the monthly contributions and making a single ETF purchase every few months (adding to the asset class that needs it).

I'd like to add some additional asset classes such as Emerging Markets and REITs. I was thinking of targeting each of those assets at approximately 5% of the portfolio (by reducing the International Equities and Canadian Equities by approximately 5% each).

My questions are:
- does it make sense to add REITs now, considering they've run up a fair bit over the last while? Any recommendations for which REITs to consider?
- any additional asset classes I should consider?
