Leasing a car abroad

Does anyone know if a Canadian Corporation can lease a car abroad?

Too long to explain but I just need to know:

1. if it is legal
2. what to tell my accountant

1) Doesn't matter where the expenses occur, business expense is a business expense.
2) What sence does it make to ask online what to tell the accountant, wouldn't it more sence to ask the accountant directly ;-) Isn't what they are for?

Please rephrase the question. What does this have to do with taxes?

Are you asking if a CDN Corporation can enter into a foreign leasing contract? (Why not, if the leasing company/country will permit it. But this has nothing to do with taxes.)
Or are you asking if this is a deductible business expense? In which case you have provided no information on how this relates to the operation of your business. A CDN business can legally lease a vacation villa in Fiji, but that doesn't make it a deductible business expense.
