OAS eligibilty raised to 67, but not for PM and other MPs.

In the current budget, they have raised the eligibilty for OAS to 67 by 2029.
In the meantime they will delay eligibilty for any prospective retires that have reached 65 by 2023 in 4 month increments per year from
2023 to 2029.

So in doing so, they can afford to pay out the PM and his MPs, huge golden handshakes and pensions starting at 65.
