Canadian oil prices -- Hardisty WCS in $C

It seems complicated to track Canadian oil prices since the quotations I can find easily are for the discount to WTI and in $US -- if you want to track the price of Hardisty WCS in CAN$ you have to take into account the WTI discount, the $US exchange, and the WTI price together to come up with a figure.

WCS discount quotes can be found here:
    http://www.cmegroup.com/trading/ener...l-futures.html

WTI or Light crude quotes in $US are all over the place and US/CAN exchange is easy to find. It's putting it all together that is the challenge.

    Let's say C$/U$ at 1.323
    February Sweet crude at 54.68
    February WCS discount -16.00

    So (54.68-16)*1.323 = C$51.20/bbl

IMO, having the info together is useful because it tends to clarify the financial situation for Canadian oil producers whose operating expenses and debt are primarily in Canada and in $CAN. Does anyone know a web site or information source that puts this all together?
