A few days ago, the Ontario Prime Minister announced a 10% rebate for us. It was announced as good news by City News. And yet the day after, we learned that the average increase would be of 45%... In the video he does talk about a "massive project through large investments in modernisation of electricity...". Does not he say right there that there will be massive spending, therefore massive taxe raises? I'm wondering what the so-called journalists replied to that.
