On Apr 26, I stated that,

For one week, this stopped all his posts .... until now.

He has now posted 29 posts in the last 17 hours (including several brand new threads, like this one.)

Maybe he's just hyperactive.

actually, newbie was spotted by his 4th or 5th message after re-inscribing himself way back in february. I've outed him before, quite a few times, i imagine you didn't see.

the fact that he comes & goes has nothing to do with your recent discovery.

although newbie was a violent troll in the previous incarnation & many complained about the abuse, this time he's on his very best behaviour.

i'm sure the moderators know all about it. In the meantime, why not just ignore.
